Built like a build step

Software teams stopped hand-assembling releases years ago. Video never got the same treatment: thirty seconds of finished footage still costs a shoot day, an editor and two weeks of calendar, for an idea that was only ever worth an afternoon.

Techcly is a pipeline, not a clip generator. A brief goes in; script, storyboard, visuals, voice and captions come out as inspectable stages, and the render is the last of them. Every stage is yours to overrule before the next one runs.

The writing stage calls a large language model. Nothing after it is clever: a queue, a worker, a progress figure you can watch, and a reservation on your credits that is released the moment a stage exits non-zero. You are not billed for a run that did not finish.
