Our agreement with you

Seven questions, each of them answered in its first line. YourWise AI is made and sold by YourWise AI (“we”, “us”), and this page sets out what we have agreed with you.
1. Do I own what I make here?
Yes, and you can sell it. The sentences you write and the videos you render stay your property, and using them commercially needs no further permission from us. The only right you hand over is the narrow one we cannot work without: permission to process and hold that material for as long as we are providing the service to you. We claim nothing else, we do not show your work to anybody else, and our name goes nowhere near it.
2. What am I actually signing up for?
A tool that turns a description into a finished video. You say what the video is for and who it is for; YourWise AI writes the script, splits it into scenes, draws each scene, records a voiceover, lines the captions up against it and renders the file — stopping wherever you would rather take over yourself. Using it means holding an account. Whatever happens under that account counts as your own doing, so keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us if you think somebody else has them.
3. What am I not allowed to make?
A short list, and we do not bend on any of it. Nothing unlawful. No hate speech. No harassment of anybody. No pretending to be a real person or organisation in order to mislead someone. Nothing that infringes another party’s copyright, trade marks or other rights. Sexual content involving minors is absolutely prohibited and is reported. In plain words: there is no reading of that list on which it only applies to other people. Every prompt goes through automatic moderation first, and an account that breaks these rules can be suspended without notice.
4. Where do my credits go?
On work, and only on work. They come off your balance when something is generated and again when a video is rendered. If something fails part-way, whatever credits it took come back on the spot, and you are not billed for something that never turned up. Credits belong to the account that paid for them and cannot be handed across to another one. Your payment is handled by Mastercard Payment Gateway Services and charged in the currency you were shown at checkout; your full card number and your security code are never stored on our servers. Credits appear in your balance as soon as a payment succeeds. When money can come back to you instead is written out in Refunds and cancelling.
5. Will you keep charging my card?
Only on a subscription, and only at the amount that was displayed to you at checkout when you subscribed. That amount is charged once a month to the same card, and it goes on being charged until you turn it off on the Billing page. Cancelling stops the next charge; the period you have already paid for simply finishes as normal, and the credits already in your balance stay there. A one-off top-up is a single charge and never repeats itself.
6. Can I trust what the AI hands me?
Not without reading it first. A model can state something that is simply untrue, and it can produce work that resembles something already out there. Watch a video through before you put it in front of anybody, and check anything it claims about your business. What you choose to publish is yours.
7. What if something goes wrong, and whose law am I under?
We are supplying the service as it is, and as far as the law allows we cannot owe you more than you have actually paid us across the twelve months leading up to a claim — not indirect losses such as lost profit or lost business, and never at the cost of a consumer right you hold that cannot be signed away. These terms can change, and you will be told inside the app when a change matters; keep using YourWise AI after that and you have said yes to the new version, and the date at the top tells you which one you are reading. The law that applies is that of the country where the operating entity is established, again without removing a consumer protection your own country gives you that cannot be waived.
